The quieter West Shore can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot, and boasts a stunning sandy shoreline and excellent views towards Anglesey, whilst the North Shore (2 miles) is home to a wide promenade and an abundance of shops, bars and cafes. Take the tram or cable car to the summit of Great Orme to enjoy some of the best views North Wales has to offer. Ideal for anyone who enjoys the outdoors, there are countless walks and cycle routes nearby as well as endless opportunities for water sports and boat trips. Maesdu Golf Club is within walking distance if you fancy a more active stay.

On entering this lovely property, a large and open hallway leads you through to the light and airy lounge, which is an ideal space to sit and unwind. After a long day of fun, curl up on the comfortable sofa and read a book or watch the Smart TV. Moving through a set of double doors you’ll find yourself in the dining room with plenty of space for the whole family to sit and enjoy a home-cooked meal or play a board game in the evening. Off the dining room is the well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need to rustle up a family feast. At the rear of the property is a beautiful conservatory with patio doors that open up to the garden, bringing the outside in. Back along the hallway you’ll find a handy downstairs WC and a garage with washing machine and plenty of storage for bicycles and beach gear. When it is time to retire for the evening, head upstairs to find four comfortable bedrooms: two king-size, both with en-suite shower rooms and WCs and two twins. The back two bedrooms benefit from wonderful double-aspect sea views over both the North and West Shore. A spacious family bathroom completes the property.
