With Snowdonia in the distance and the Irish Sea on your doorstep, you’ll be well placed to enjoy a range of water sports activities and the great outdoors. Go kayaking, fishing and sailing here at Penrhyn, Small boats and dinghies can be launched from here, though jet-skis are not allowed. Alternatively, make your way to Sandy Beach—just under a mile away—where a mile of golden sands and stunning coastal views await. Enjoy a walk to South Stack Lighthouse, just 8 miles away which is also renowned as a great spot for bird watching. History enthusiasts will want to spend some time exploring the grounds of Beaumaris Castle, UNESCO World Heritage Site, 24 miles away.
