A beautiful bungalow near Longrock Beach that sleeps 5 guests located between Penzance and Marazion offering peace and quiet, whilst being close enough to both resorts to enjoy all the local attractions. Longrock beach and iconic St Michael’s Mount minutes away. To the north lies the resort of St Ives a favourite with artists for generations and a true surfing mecca. To the west lies Lands End and the stunning beaches of Sennen Cove. Kids will love Karting and the Geevor Tin Mines, Flambards and the Paradise theme parks.

Upon entering this delightful property step into the welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner immediately you gain a sense of light and space which features throughout the property. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, making this perfect for cooking as little or as much as you like. Sit down and enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table. In the lounge area cosy up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite film on the Smart TV. From here there is access to all three bedrooms. The master suite is king-size with hanging space, contemporary en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Another tastefully furnished king-size with hanging space has views out over the private garden. The twin is a light and airy room also with plenty of hanging space. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside is completely enclosed and private with an alfresco dining area, perfect for relaxing and listening to the not so distant wild life. There is also a BBQ available for guests to use, perfect for those summer months. Outside in the large driveway is a tap for hosing down muddy or sandy dogs or wetsuits, plus a rail for hanging wetsuits to dry. There is driveway parking for three cars.
