Further afield you can enjoy a day exploring award-winning beaches such as Weymouth (15 miles) here you can enjoy something for the whole family. The historic market town of Dorchester (12 miles) is located on the banks of the River Frome. Enjoy your day exploring the local museums, its variety of local shops, bars, and restaurants, or Dorchester Market which is held every Wednesday throughout the year.
