Four bedroom five star luxurious holiday home in the heart of Sandbanks, a beautiful contemporary home with amazing 360 degree views over Poole Harbour, from Brownsea Island to Bournemouth Pier. Sandbanks beach is a short walk away with some wonderful bars and restaurants nearby.

Designed by an award-winning local architect, the accommodation is well organised with three of the four bedrooms on the ground floor, one featuring an en suite shower room, the others serviced by an additional family bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the Garden Lounge, a wonderful space to relax with sliding doors leading out to the garden. The open plan kitchen living space on the first floor, together with the views and large balcony offers a fantastically spacious, social environment for spending quality time together.

The principal suite is also on the first floor and shares the same stunning views. With its super king bed, dressing area and large luxurious en-suite shower room, it really is a sumptuous place to relax and unwind. The top floor Sky Lounge is truly magical, day to night. In the evening it is a cosy lounge with large screen TV, and huge comfortable sofa. By day the incredible views across the whole bay, the huge terrace with sun loungers and outdoor seating offers a private space to enjoy the sunshine and unwind with a cold drink.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground Floor

Entrance into Hallway with stairs to the first floor, Garden Lounge with impressive glass atrium up to the first floor, WC, Utility/Boot room with washing machine, tumble dryer and wetsuit dryer.

Bedroom 2 with 5ft king size zip and link bed which can be either a King (5ft) or Twin (2 x 2ft 6in) please advise at time of booking your preference. Walk in wardrobe and en suite shower room with bi fold door leading out onto the front patio.

First floor

Open plan Kitchen/diner/lounge with built in appliances to include, oven, grill, microwave, plate warmer, induction hob, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 2 dishwashers, wine fridge and Nespresso Coffee Machine. Seating in the lounge area featuring a wall mounted TV with dining table benefiting ample seating for the whole group, with stairs to the second floor. Bi fold doors open out on the terrace with outdoor table and chairs.

Master Bedroom with Super king size bed, walk through dressing room/wardrobe into the master en suite shower room featuring his and hers sink, large double shower and toilet.

Second Floor

Sky lounge with sofas and wall mounted TV, bi fold doors open back where the roof terrace offers cosy outdoor furniture and loungers boasting enviable views over Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island all the way across to Bournemouth Pier, and ideal spot for entertaining or relaxing.

OUTSIDE
Open the bi fold doors fully from the garden lounge to enjoy the indoor/outdoor living experience out onto the rear patio and garden.

The front patio, accessible from all ground floor bedrooms, leads to the stepped path which takes you to the private gate onto Salter Road, from there is a short walk to the local amenities.

Enjoy some al fresco dining on the balcony off the kitchen/lounge/diner, whilst taking in the breathtaking views over Poole Harbour.

Relax and unwind, after a full-on day exploring, out on the upper floor roof terrace, where you will experience enviable views from Brownsea Island across to Bournemouth Pier

There is allocated parking for three cars on the drive behind electric gates.
