Luxurious unique holiday home sleeps 3

This two bedroom luxury holiday home in Pendeen, Cornwall is one of two holiday cottages available at the lighthouse and sleeps three with dogs welcome.

You may be lucky enough to spot seals on the rocks below the lighthouse headland, as well as a variety of seabirds. With banks of seasonal pink thrift and golden gorse, the headland is a perfect location to watch the sun setting over the Atlantic.

All Ground Floor Accommodation:

With an electric wood burning effect stove and television.

With a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

With a washer/dryer.
Dining room
With dining table seating four guests.
Bedroom one
With a 5' king-size bed.
Bedroom two
With a single 3' bed.
Bathroom
With bath and shower over and wash basin.
Separate WC
With a wash basin and WC.

Outside:
Large walled patio to rear of the property.
On-site parking. Additional visitor parking is 100 yards away in a public car park which is off-site.

Additional Information:
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
Travel cot and highchair available on request.
The lighthouse does not have a fog signal.
There is currently no WiFi service at Pendeen Lighthouse site.
Very limited mobile signal. A telephone with honesty box is provided.
Access roads to the lighthouse site are narrow with limited passing places and, dependent on the season and site, there is the possibility of overhanging vegetation due to cutting restrictions during bird breeding seasons or other environmental reasons.
Guests are reminded they are renting a heritage building, therefore certain features such as steps, stairs and floor levels may not comply with that of a modern building. As such, we would advise guests to acquaint themselves with the premises on arrival and exercise caution accordingly.
Guests should be aware that the lighthouses and equipment need regular and sometimes emergency maintenance. Therefore visits by maintenance staff may occur at any time during the year. However, staff will do their best to ensure guest privacy at all times.
Sorry, no barbecues, fireworks, drones or remote controlled flying equipment permitted.
Whilst the cliff edge is protected by a 4' high wall, due to the location of the light house, please ensure that children are supervised at all times.
Sorry, charging of an electric car is not permitted.
