Spacious detached home in Sandown on the Isle of Wight that sleeps 10 with a large garden. The house boasts a contemporary, luxury design with stylish period features and is within easy reach of the beach.

Entering via the front porch, you will find plenty of space for hanging coats and walking boots after days out exploring. Up the hallway, you can make your way into the open-plan kitchen/dining area with two sets of bi-folding doors leading out onto the garden and a warming wood burner in the dining area. A central island offers breakfast bar seating, ideal to sit and plan the day trips ahead.

The kitchen area has everything you need including a Rangemaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a drinks cooler. The enticing lounge is found across the hallway complete with a Smart TV, creating the perfect combination for a movie night in. Continuing up the hallway you will come to the first bedroom which is also the sole bedroom on the ground floor.

The room is equipped with a king-size bed and ample storage space. Completing this floor is the shower room which is equipped with a walk-in shower and WC, along with the utility room which is where you will find your washing machine and tumble dryer. Rising from the ground floor to the first, you will see the glamorous high ceilings continue again into the four remaining bedrooms.

Once at the top you can make your way into the master bedroom on your right-hand side which is equipped with a super-king-size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request, must be stated at the time of booking) with a walk-in dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC.

The next bedroom is a king-size and treats guests to views over the garden and over to Sandown Bay. The next bedroom has twin beds and the last of the first floor bedrooms is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC and walk in wardrobe. Completing the accommodation on this floor is a shower room with shower and WC.

Making your way outside, you have the enclosed, rear outdoor garden and exceptional patio terrace. Here is the perfect spot to dine alfresco or enjoy the evening sun with the BBQ. Better still, burn some energy in the ample garden space, fantastic for fun and laughter to be had by all on your luxury getaway. There is private parking for up to 5 cars to the front of the property on your private gravel driveway.
