Master bedroom with super king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair
En suite shower room with walk in shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 with king size bed, wardrobe and chair
Family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair
Bedroom 4 with bunk beds, chest of drawers and chair

Stairs to 1st floor bedroom:
Bedroom 5 with king size bed, desk, chest of drawers, Smart TV and chairs

3 steps down from hallway to living area:
Large lounge with corner sofa, chairs and Smart TV.
Kitchen area with built in fridge/freezer, double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Breakfast bar with 2 stools.
Dining area to seat 10 people.
Utility room with separate access to driveway, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge.
Wet room with shower area, WC and basin.

OUTSIDE
Large wrap around terrace with sun loungers, relaxed seating and table to seat 8. Hot tub located on the deck with seats for 5 people. Please note: The Hot tub is available from Easter until the end of October.

Parking for 3 cars on driveway.

Please note that electric vehicle charging is possible at this property from the mains outdoor socket.

ADDITIONAL

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels). Hot tub towels provided (Hot Tub open Easter to October half term). Heating by air source heat pump. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate.
Pets: 1 dog allowed (Pet charge £30 per dog per week)
Telephone: No telephone at the property. Mobile reception poor but Wi-Fi calling available.
Electric vehicles: Electric vehicle charging possible (See parking section for details). £30.00 charge per week.

Local Facilities: Shop, 3 pub/restaurants and two sandy beaches within a few minutes’ walk in Hope Cove. Restaurants within 2 miles along the South West Coast Path. Kingsbridge and Salcombe with all facilities within 4 miles.
