Luxury Sandbanks holiday home right on the beachfront sleeping 12 and enjoying direct beach access and uninterrupted sea views. This 6 bedroom beach house enjoys views from many of the light and airy rooms, a perfect location for a family seaside holiday. There is a private path from the rear of the house (accessed by other residents), which leads directly to the promenade and along the beautiful sandy beach.

Conveniently located, just a pleasant 5-minute walk away from the centre of Sandbanks is the award-winning Blue Flag sandy beach as well as being close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which include restaurants, cafes, and water sports. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events. Close by you can catch a crossing to the National Trust site of Brownsea Island where you may get a glimpse of the elusive red squirrel. Across the bay via the ferry, you can explore the stunning Isle of Purbeck, the village of Corfe Castle and the Jurassic Coast.

ACCOMMODATION

The property has three floors. 
First Floor
Entrance hallway steps take you up to the middle floor with the open plan modern living room with large glass doors to the patio, direct access to beach.
Kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, double oven,  hob, microwave, dishwasher and plentiful cupboard space.
Open plan lounge has seating for 8 guests and the dining area has a table offering seating for 12 guests, access to the balcony, outside area, furniture a great place to watch the amazing sunsets. .Steps down to grass area.
TV Room on this floor also with a rear aspect, which has a wall mounted TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix.
Cloakroom with w/c and wash hand basin 
Stairs to Ground Floor:
Bedroom 5 - King size bed - Side aspect
Bedroom 6 - Twin Beds. - Side aspect
Wet room with w/c,
Utility room with two washing machine.
Large games room: pool table and a wall mounted TV.  
Access to the side of the house and to steps leading to the path to the beach.
Stairs up to Second Floor:
Master bedroom with Super King Bed and en-suite shower room, beach view and access to balcony,
Bedroom 2 with twin zip and link beds with en-suite shower room, beach view and access to balcony. 
Bedroom 3 with twin beds, 
Bedroom 4 with twin beds that can be zip & linked on request, (Bedroom 3 & 4 aspect to the rear of the property)..  
Family bathroom on this floor with a bath, separate shower and w/c.

OUTSIDE

The private rear patio area is accessed via huge patio doors from the open plan living area on the middle floor. Outdoor furniture, dining table, chairs and a charcoal BBQ is provided. A fabulous terrace from which to enjoy your holiday day and night and also witness the ever changing, glorious views.

There is a balcony from the two sea facing bedrooms on the top floor and each level has its own electric sun awning.

PARKING
The front of the property offers off road parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Included: All bed linen and towels, (please bring your own beach towels), WiFi, electricity, gas central heating, one high chair, one travel cot.
Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted.
Arrival time - 4pm and Departure time - 10am.

Electric Cars: Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.
Local facilities: The Beach is immediately in front of the house, Tesco Express, beach bar and cafe, restaurants are just a short walk away..
