Lyme Regis self-catering cottage located in the Old Town just a 5 min walk from the beach and shops, includes a beach hut on the promenade. This Dorset holiday cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and is full of character ideal for families, couples sharing or friends.

ACCOMMODATION
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with icebox, electric oven and hob, microwave. The kitchen leads onto the dining area which has large dining table and 6 chairs. Lovely light and airy lounge with french doors, comfortable sofas, freeview satellite television, DVD, a large selection of DVD’s and videos for the visitors’ use and CD player.

On the ground floor is a shower room, WC and washbasin. Stairs to the first floor and Bedroom 1 with a king size bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Large family bathroom with wash-hand basin, bath and shower attachment. There is also a separate WC. A further staircase leads up to the bedroom 3. A lovely big room with views over the rooftops to the sea and cliffs, twin beds, TV and DVD.

OUTSIDE
There is a patio area to the side for drying clothes.

PARKING
There is a garage to the front of the property for parking one average size family car. If there are further cars, we suggest the nearby carpark in Hill Road where weekly permits are available to purchase.

ADDITIONAL
Included: A Beach hut in a fantastic location, just yards from the sandy beach. Duvets and pillows only, (please bring your own beach towels), WiFi, electricity.
Optional: Linen and towels can be hired or guests can bring their own. For this particular property, the cost is £15 per person which includes beds made up.
