Hampshire family friendly holiday home that sleeps six with pets welcome, located in a quiet residential road to the South of Lymington High Street, ideal for a coastal getaway with family or friends.

A cosy lounge leads into a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Bi-fold doors open out onto the lush green garden at the rear of the property providing a relaxed living/entertaining space for you to enjoy during your stay.

Just a ten-minute walk to the sea and to the High Street, Lymington’s popular marinas and Town Quay, the property is ideally situated for enjoying the local highlights, whilst being only a 10 minute drive away from the New Forest National Park.

Samphire makes an ideal base for exploring the area whilst providing all the home comforts one could need.

ACCOMMODATION
Entrance through side door into hallway.
Lounge with comfortable seating, TV and DVD Player.
Stunning kitchen/diner/lounge with oak flooring, underfloor heating and bi-fold doors leading out into the rear garden.

Kitchen area with gas hob and integrated electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine.
Dining area with vaulted ceiling, table with seating for eight.

Lounge area with large sofa and chairs, TV.
Cloakroom with hand basin and WC.
Utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Side door to driveway.

Bedroom one with zip and link beds which can either form a 5ft double or two 2ft 6in single beds (please advise bed configuration on booking), drawer unit and en suite with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hand basin and WC.

Bedroom two with king size (5ft) bed, built in wardrobes and drawer unit.
Bedroom three with double bed (4ft 6in), built in drawer unit and hanging space.
Family bathroom with walk-in rain shower, bath, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

OUTSIDE
Bi-fold doors from the open plan living area open on to the attractive garden with a large patio across the back of the house including garden furniture and bench. The enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn with some shrubbery. A large shed provides storage for bicycles.

PARKING
Parking for one car on private driveway. Further unrestricted on-street parking.
