The master bedroom on the ground floor will take your breath away, spacious and light with large sliding doors out to the ground floor terrace, overlooking the garden and a comfortable super-king size bed dressed with luxury linens, hi-res audio streaming speakers recessed in the ceiling and a luxury en-suite shower room. The hallway leads past the family bathroom which boasts a large bath and overhead drench shower, on to two further bedrooms, one with twin single beds, which can be configured as a super-king size bed on request, and a bunk bedroom, perfect for children; each bedroom is decorated and furnished with flair.

Head upstairs to the open-plan living area, cloakroom and further bedroom suite. The kitchen area boasts quartz worktops, AEG appliances and a Quooker instand hot water tap, leading into the sitting area with its comfortable corner sofa, contemporary gas living flame fire and the large dining table overlooking the front garden. The open dining area has seating for eight guests to sit and enjoy a family meal or entertain friends. Why not head out to the balcony on a balmy evening and listen to the ebb and flow of the ocean nearby.

The first floor bedroom suite is fabulous, spacious and private, overlooking the rear terraces and barbecue area. The super-king size bed is sumptuous and can also be configured as twin beds if required. With its top-notch en-suite shower room, boasting a double walk-in shower and modern fittings, it’s the perfect space to relax and unwind.

There are landscaped gardens to the front and rear. The front is south facing and laid to lawn; the rear has a raised sitting area where you can enjoy an alfresco meal cooked on the gas barbecue, sitting around the garden dining table. Move to the comfortable, garden corner suite to sip a sundowner or you might prefer to take a walk along the beach or enjoy a drink in one of the beach bars nearby.
