The large dining kitchen with its warming Aga and two gas burners is a joy to prepare and enjoy the abundance of delicious local produce available. Also downstairs are two of the four bedrooms, a king-size room and a double bedroom, both with en-suites and bi-fold doors to the terrace. A study, utility room and cloakroom complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, dressing room, en-suite shower room, and a balcony where you can enjoy your morning cuppa looking out to sea. The twin bedroom on the first floor is ideal for children or teenagers with a television, Bluetooth speaker and Nintendo Wii games console. This room also has a balcony and its own en-suite.

The wonderful accommodation continues outside, with a built-in pizza oven, barbecue and outdoor shower. Established and mature gardens with Palm trees, sun terrace and garden furniture lead to the detached eco games room with pool table and wood burning stove. Here you will discover a gate which leads to the footpath taking you straight to the golden, sandy beach.
