The bifold doors open completely to one side, revealing far reaching sea views from the sitting area. The chalet is built to high specification and offers comfortable accommodation with a 'by the sea' feel. Warm and cosy, with its own outdoor seating and a picnic area means you can enjoy breakfast and relaxing evenings with amazing and uninterrupted views across Lyme Bay.

Bedroom 2: 2 Bunks with 3ft single beds (2 guests only).

OUTSIDE
Benches at front of chalet enjoy outstanding sea views across Lyme Bay. Additional seating and tables opposite the chalet have uninterrupted sea views of Golden Cap, the Jurassic Coastline and the Isle of Portland in the distance. Lyme Regis beach and Monmouth beach in close proximity.

Please be aware: seating across from the chalet is on a grassed sloping bank.

PARKING
Space for one medium to large car next to the beach chalet. No camper vans allowed. Public parking available at the same location.

Electric Cars: - Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.

BBQ: Regrettably there is a strict 'no BBQs' rule due to the amount of wooden structures in close vicinity.
