This stone cottage sleeps four overlooking the coast in Mumbles promising the perfect location for a family or group of friends looking for an active holiday. Just a short walk down to beach attractions and a drive from the valley, Mumbles is a picturesque village and Mumbles Hill Local Nature Reserve and Oystermouth Castle are less than a mile away. Water sports enthusiasts and walkers will be pleased to know that there are three beautiful beaches within 2 miles of the cottage: Langland Beach (1.5 miles), Rotherslade Beach (1 mile) and Caswell Bay (2 miles). A little further afield are the iconic Stepping Stones (8 miles) and the walking trails of Penllergaer Valley Woods (9 miles).

This welcoming cottage is elegantly furnished, with spacious rooms and thoughtful attention to detail. The ground-floor entrance hall leads into the lounge and dining area with comfortable two-seater sofas, a Smart TV and a beautiful fireplace with exposed brickwork and a wood burner-effect gas fire. The dining area has large windows with sea views and the kitchen is fully equipped. A utility room completes the downstairs rooms. From the hallway, stairs lead to the first floor where there’s a king-size bedroom, a second twin bedroom, a family shower room and a separate cloakroom.

The house has a small garden to the front with a side entrance to the cottage and a large lawned garden with a patio to the rear.
