This fabulous New Quay bolthole sleeps 7 guests overlooking the nearby beach and coastline. A delightful, terraced house perfect for a family or group of friends to enjoy a fun-filled beach and activity holiday. Within half a mile of the property are the sandy shores of New Quay and Dolau and the attractions of Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre and New Quay Harbour, from where boat trips depart for dolphin watching. Alternatively, beautiful Cei Bach Beach (4 miles), the Internal Fire Museum of Power (11 miles), Penbryn Beach (12 miles) and Bwlch y Geuffordd Gardens (23.5 miles) are just a short drive away.

This is a lovely two-storey property, with a subtle mix of traditional features and contemporary furnishings and decor. From the street, it’s a couple of steps to the front door. Enter via the hallway and one step down brings you to the lovely kitchen and dining area. There’s a stone feature fireplace with a wood burner, slate flooring, and patio doors leading out onto a decked balcony with impressive coastal views. The sitting room is a welcoming space for families or friends, with comfortable sofas grouped around a cosy wood burner and a TV. For those who need a little peace and quiet, there’s a snug sitting area with a TV. From the hallway, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the charming, traditional bedrooms – a king-size, a double, a twin and a single bedroom. There’s also a lovely bathroom and a shower room upstairs.

There are steps down to the enclosed garden which is courtyard-style and gravelled, with a decked patio complete with furniture where you can enjoy the surrounding views and eat alfresco in fine weather.
