Gorgeous three-bedroom loft apartment in the centre of New Quay near Cardigan Bay that sleeps six, just moments from the beach ideal for five star beach holidays in Wales.

The apartment is accessed via an external metal staircase up on to the first floor of the building. Through the front door, there are a further three steps, and a warm welcome awaits you in the entrance hall, with storage for your coats, shoes and boots. To the right, you enter your open-plan kitchen, lounge and diner. The whole apartment was renovated in 2021 to the highest specification.
The contemporary kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is an ample-sized dining table and bench just off the kitchen area. It really is the perfect entertaining space - enjoy nibbles and drinks with your friends or family around the table while a meal is being prepared in the kitchen.

Completing the living space is a lounge with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV - the perfect space to curl up at the end of a long day of exploring. The French doors in your open-plan kitchen/diner lead out onto a good-sized balcony, with seating provided. Enjoy watching the world go by and the hustle and bustle of New Quay all from the comfort of your own private balcony with views out to sea.

To the rear of the property is a good-sized garden laid to patio and gravel. It offers ample space to relax in the sunshine and a seating area to dine alfresco should you wish. There is one parking space available at the rear of the property in a designated space. Additional parking, should it be required, is available in a public car park just 200 yards away.
