Two bedroom holiday apartment in Newquay overlooking the dog friendly beach at Fistral, ideal for couples or families, pets welcome, WiFi and designated parking space.

The two bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with the spacious shower room, the sitting room and a useful utility room. Upstairs is a well-designed kitchen/dining/living area with superb views across to the beach and out to sea.

Next door, the hotel has an indoor swimming pool which guests are able to use (small charge paid locally) subject to availability.

With a double bed.
Bedroom two
With twin single beds.
Sitting room
With an LCD television and sofa bed (maximum occupancy four guests, so please advise if the sofa bed is required for a fourth guests).
Utility room
With a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Family bathroom
With shower, wash basin and WC.

First Floor:
Kitchen with dining and seating area
Fully equipped kitchen including oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Breakfast bar seating four guests. Separate dining area and sitting area looking out across the beach.

Outside:
A private patio overlooking the beach which leads to communal gardens.
Surf store for beach equipment and wetsuits.
Off road parking.
The world famous Fistral Beach is just a few steps away and backed by wonderful sand dunes and ideal for the seasoned surfer or beginners.
