Take a trip to the Victorian town of Ilfracombe (4 miles) and enjoy walking around the working harbour, or take a boat trip to Lundy Island – a unique destination where there are excellent opportunities for birdwatching, with the chance to spot puffins. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with stunning cliff and moorland walks, including the South West Coast Path.
