A step up into a light hallway takes you to the kitchen overlooking the rear courtyard patio. You have everything you need to prepare your meals with an electric oven and gas hob, a fridge with an ice compartment, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher.

There is also a utility room with a washing machine and the bathroom is also off the hall with a shower over bath and WC. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor with a view of the courtyard and upstairs are two further bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed and is bright and airy with a view over the front garden and a feature fireplace. Like all the bedrooms, the pretty single bedroom is decorated in cool and calming tones and has a view over the front garden.

Outside there is an enclosed courtyard patio area to the rear which you access from the hallway with seating so you can enjoy the sun and to the front is an enclosed, lawned garden. Parking is on-street for one car with alternative street parking 50 metres from the gate.
