A fabulous coastal cottage that sleeps 5, near Oddicombe Beach in St Marychurch, Devon. Whilst this is a peaceful spot there are plenty of local amenities in St Marychurch and Babbacombe, which are equidistant, as well as nearby Torquay. There are plenty of shops and cafes to enjoy, but also the attractions of the Model Village, just over 300 metres away, the Bygones Museum, just over 150 metres away, and the South West coastal path directly to Oddicombe and Babbacombe beaches, which are 1 mile away.

St Marychurch has a delightful pedestrianised precinct and everywhere is within easy walking distance. You’ll find lots of independently owned boutiques and family-run businesses here and St Marychurch’s unique personality is why so many people fall in love with the place and come back year after year. One of the very oldest settlements in South Devon, St Marychurch’s two historic church towers dominate the Torquay skyline.

Inside the property, there is a large living and dining area with a TV to watch from the comfortable sofas. The dining table will sit up to six people easily for sociable mealtimes. The kitchen has everything guests need to rustle up those delicious meals and is spacious. Upstairs, all bedrooms share a shower room with WC. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is a twin. Finally, the third bedroom is a cosy single.

Outside, the property has a small, enclosed patio. While the garden is not large, the property is so close to the outdoor space of Oddicombe Beach Hill, guests can happily still spend a lot of time outdoors.
