Enjoy croissants and coffee at the large breakfast bar or relax on the super cosy sofa where you can enjoy some lovely sea views. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, although you may be just as happy washing the dishes in the basin and enjoying some calming sea views. There is a shower room and WC on this floor and across the landing is the master bedroom which has a cosy double bed from which you can appreciate those wonderful sea and sky views. On the lower level of the property is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and views of the garden, and another shower room and WC. This floor also offers a relaxed seating area where you can enjoy watching your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV. Relax in the bright summer room which has two rocking chairs. This is a great opportunity to put your feet up and enjoy a good book.
