A sweet seaside cottage in Overstrand that sleeps 5. Centrally located in a peaceful residential area of the traditional coastal North Norfolk village of Overstrand, this red brick cottage is the perfect destination for a family getaway. Just 300 metres from the beach and the café on the cliff-top, the cottage is situated in a great location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. The Overstrand playground is just round the corner (300m), with the cliffs giving stunning views of the North Sea. Cromer beach is just down the coast road (2.5 miles) and the town itself offers an array of family-friendly activities such as the Amazona Zoo (3 miles), Cromer Pick Your Own fruit and Foot Golf (3 miles) and of course the amusements on the infamous Cromer Pier (2.5 miles). Cromer also offers multiple great independent eateries, shops and pubs, and you must grab a Cromer Crab or fish and chips for dinner, followed by ice cream for dessert.

Upon entering the cottage, you are greeted by a well-presented living room with comfortable seating to pop your feet up and relax in front of the wood burner and a TV/DVD player with plenty of DVDS to enjoy on a cooler evening in. There is a separate, elegant dining room available to enjoy some quality time together with your chippy takeaway as a family. Through the dining room, you will find yourself in the newly refurbished (in 2022) kitchen fitted with all your home-away-from-home comforts, as well as a downstairs utility and shower room behind for convenience. Upstairs you will find both comfortable bedrooms, the first is a large king-size bedroom with a modern bathroom and the second with three hotel grade single beds.

To the rear of the cottage there is an enclosed courtyard area immediately outside the back door with garden furniture, there is also access via two gates to a lawned area with seating and a barbecue.
