Bathroom: 2 family bathrooms, one on the first floor with bath and separate shower and WC and one on the ground floor accessed via a couple of slate steps down with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with woodburner, TV, DVD and a selection of DVD's, games and books, leading through to the large sunroom with seating, dining furniture and a snooker room at one end. Kitchen: large and equipped with Aga, 2 electric ovens, 2 fridge/freezers, wine chiller, dishwasher, microwave and TV.
