The property is close to the Camel Trail which offers a beautiful trek into the rural heart of Cornwall. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby, or you can head over to the harbour for a range of water sports and boat trips. Some wonderful sandy beaches can be found along this stunning part of the North Cornwall coast, with Trevone Bay, Harlyn Bay, St George’s Cove and Hawker’s Cove all within 4 miles. The Trevose Golf and Country Club is only 5 miles west.

Stepping into this light-filled bungalow, the lounge/diner offers glorious views over the Camel Estuary. With a Smart TV and comfortable seating, the lounge is a great space to sit back, watch a movie or chat about the day. The charming dining area is a sociable space for sharing a fantastic family meal. The stylishly designed kitchen has a wealth of useful equipment, plenty of worktops and an additional dining table by the patio doors, providing a sweet and leisurely space for breakfast. When it’s time to retire, there are two bedrooms to choose between. The king-size room has its own en-suite shower room, while the pretty twin room has lovely views out over the estuary. Exploring further, there’s a handy spare room which has some books and games, with ample space for storage, plus a main shower room.

Sliding doors lead out into the garden which occupies three levels and features a number of patios and seating areas, plenty of outside furniture and a lovely lawn. This is a perfect location for dining alfresco and taking in the glorious views over the river as the boats sail past.
