This sea view holiday home sleeps 4 guests and sits on a hillside of Penzance overlooking the harbour and Mount’s Bay. It’s the perfect accommodation option for small families or groups of friends who enjoy chic, modern living in a home that offers views to die for.  Please be aware that due to its hillside location it has a short but steep driveway that may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.  Penzance is blessed with an abundance of palm trees and sub-tropical gardens – a sure sign that you have arrived somewhere truly special – and it’s made even more unique by the lovely sight of St Michael’s Mount out at sea. Take a stroll and discover the town’s many art galleries, antique shops, top notch eateries and characteristic pubs. Take a dip at the Art Deco Lido (1 mile), or if you’re looking for some quality beach time, Perranuthnoe (5 miles), Lamorna Cove (6 miles) and Praa Sands (8 miles) are all worth seeking out. Or leave dry land altogether and take a short boat trip from the harbour (0.5 miles) around Mount’s Bay to see St Michael’s Mount, Newlyn Harbour and Mousehole.

Step inside this wonderful reverse-level house and you’ll notice it’s been laid-out to take advantage of its prime position overlooking the bay. Head straight up to the first floor and slip onto a sofa in the living/dining area – you’ll have stunning sea views in all directions. Make yourself at home, and then head to the sleek kitchen area to cook dinner for your loved ones. The views from the kitchen are fabulous – and you’ll find everything you need to let your culinary talents shine. Get everyone together for a sociable meal at the dining table and then spend time horizon-gazing on the large wrap-around balcony. A chic king-size bedroom and separate WC completes the first-floor layout. Make your way down to the ground floor to find a second bedroom with twin beds and a stylish shower room.
