A two-storey Victorian cottage located in a wooded valley, this is a lovely location for an active or relaxing beach holiday for families or a group of friends. Cornwall’s many sandy beaches and attractions are easily explored from here. Perranporth is an ideal place from which to explore the surrounding area and has a beautiful 2-mile sandy beach, perfect for water sports. Chapel Porth Beach and Newquay Beach are 6 and 9 miles away respectively. Otherwise, you can visit Lappa Valley (7 miles) or explore the natural beauty of the St Agnes Heritage Coast, stopping at the National Trust’s St Agnes Head (6 miles).

This is a characterful, semi-detached property with elegant touches that enhance the building’s history. As you enter the open-plan lounge and dining room on the ground floor, the beamed ceiling and ornamental fireplace catch your eye and create a cosy atmosphere. From the living room, you have a beautiful view over the countryside towards the local golf course. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a tasty feast and there is a lovely dining area. Upstairs are two bedrooms: a double bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. A bathroom with WC completes the amenities of this attractive property.

Outside there is a large private garden with views across the countryside.
