Ground Floor
Edwardian tiles leading to the front porch (perfect for leaving your bucket, spades and wellies in), the front door opens into a spacious, bright and airy hall with stairs leading up to the first floor. The hall and sitting room floors are stripped and colour washed white giving them a seaside feel.

On your right is an open plan sitting room that inter-connects with a second sitting area.

The front sitting room has large windows looking out to sea, two large sofas, an arm chair, footstools, a coffee table, side tables with lamps and a 42” TV with DVD player and Freesat box. There is also a log burning fire for chillier evenings, a room you will not want to leave.

Folding doors open through to the spacious second sitting room that has a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, book cases, a well-stocked games cupboard and access through to the kitchen and dining room.

The owners are keen cooks and they have created a modern, fully fitted white kitchen that is eye catching and perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has wooden floors, an island in the middle 3 bar stools and café styled lights hanging over it. It has a gas hob, double electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and a good selection of cook books for those needing inspiration!

French doors from the kitchen open out onto a courtyard garden which has a warm water outdoor shower – ideal for removing all the seawater and sand at the end of the day!

Kitchen leads down two steps to a generously sized dining area.

The dining room has polished concrete floors, white weather boarded walls with a large wooden table, large café style lights over the table and chairs which seat 10 comfortably. Velux windows flood the room with natural light. The room also has large folding doors, with 2 steps down to the courtyard which is ideal for dining on a warm summer evening.

Separate utility room at the back of the dining area with cupboards, washing machine, dryer and sink. Separate cloakroom with reclaimed wooden walls and tiles, WC and basin.
