A chic ground-floor abode that sleeps 4 right on Plymouth Sound and super close to all the best eateries and sought after bars of the very trendy Royal William Yard. Explore this haven of natural beauty and local attractions including the Hoe, the fabulous Art Deco Lido or swim wild at Devils Point. If you prefer, there is a choice of local outdoor swimming pools, Mount Wise (about a 20 min walk) has three pools or on the seafront 2 miles away, the beautiful Grade II, Art Deco Tinside Lido is the perfect place for a dip in the summer months. If you are more of a night owl, Plymouth has a very active theatre and concert venue, which is also the home of the Plymouth Raiders Basketball Team. Plymouth is a great base to explore Devon and Cornwall, with its quaint villages, cathedrals, towns and truly stunning beaches. Some are not too far away, Bovisand (8 miles) and Burgh Island (24 miles) or if you rather go by foot – take the ferry from Royal William Yard to Cawsands. Alternatively, you can devote a day to discovering the natural wonders and beauty of Dartmoor National Park, or explore the remarkable Eden Project (36 miles).

When you arrive at Mount Wise, and step inside the communal entrance hallway and into your apartment, you can relax, take your shoes off, hang up your coats, and make yourself a drink with the complementary welcome pack. Just inside the apartment door on your right is a useful cupboard with a washer/dryer, on your left is somewhere to keep your keys and a welcome book, which explains more details about the apartment. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom is to your left with a king-size bed with Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with WC. Next door is the second bedroom, another king-size bed with Smart TV, both bedrooms have an Alexa Smart speaker to help kickstart your day. Opposite in the hall is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC, both bathrooms are packed full of daily essentials. To the rear of the apartment is the open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge space. With beautiful floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, you can fill the room with light and bring the outside air in. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space for storage and cooking, including a L’Or POD coffee machine. A dining table is centrally placed with ample space for everyone, it can also be extended to accommodate more people. Completing the space is a cosy lounge area with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed if needed. There are a number of board games, books and a Smart TV to provide entertainment for all ages.

Outside there is an enclosed tranquil space with frosted balustrades, patio furniture for al fresco dining, and a large parasol to seek some shade.
