Polperro 2 bedroom holiday cottage

This is a delightful waterside cottage in one of the best positions in Polperro. All the rooms have stunning views of the inner harbour and its entrance and the spacious lounge has a balcony running the whole width of the property that literally overhangs the water. Beautifully presented, comfortable and well equipped, any visitor will be lulled into a relaxed frame of mind whilst staying here. The picturesque fishing village, with its many atmospheric inns, shops and restaurants is a short stroll away, as is the beach and the miles of beautiful coastal paths that give access to this rugged coastline. The cottage is in a traffic free zone, further adding to the tranquillity of this ideal cottage and as an added bonus, parking is provided for one car.

The entrance into the hallway and door leads into the tasteful and well equipped kitchen/diner with beamed ceiling and window seat where you can enjoy wonderful views of the harbour. Electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave (washing machine in cupboard in hall) and table with 4 chairs. Also from hallway, door into family bathroom with bath (shower over) hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Steps down to the large lounge with harbour views, beamed ceiling and a natural stone fireplace fitted with an electric heater. This comfortable room is furnished with a sofa bed and two armchairs and has a TV, DVD and video. From the kitchen stairs lead up to the bedrooms, the top of the stairs being open to the double bedroom set in the eaves with a 4'6" double bed with draped headboard, TV and wonderful views. On the other side of the stairs is a door into the bunk bedroom, with 3' bunk beds and plenty of hanging space.

French doors open from the lounge onto a large wooden balcony with rail, running the full width of the cottage, giving marvellous views of the harbour. (Small children should be accompanied)
