The cottage is just a short walk from the centre of town and enjoys sea views from most of its rooms. There are steps behind the cottage that lead up to a small, sunny terrace which has lovely views of the harbour and village. The nearby South West Coastal path is the perfect escape for those looking to explore the coastline further. Inside the cottage the kitchen/diner has underfloor heating, an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with icebox and washer/dryer. The first floor living room has a wood burner, a 32" LCD TV, DVD player and an iPod docking station. There is a master bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedroom plus a family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. Door to rear. Stairs to second floor. Master bedroom with 6ft super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and window seat. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds (one is 5ft 10in long) and fitted wardrobe. Outside there is a small patio area with table and chairs but please note the steps are not suitable for unaccompanied young children and elderly guests may find access difficult. Paid parking is available in the main car park, approximately 1km from the cottage.
