Bespoke retro style 60's Kitchen: with integrated one-piece hot plate/electric hob, built in modern combi double oven, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher. Utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor Master Bedroom: with King Size 5ft double bed, wardrobe and drawers, seating in the window, electric radiator. First floor Bathroom: with shower over bath, wash hand basin, bidet, WC and towel rail. Ground floor Family Bedroom: with two single beds and a separate single 3ft bed, wardrobe. Ground floor Double Bedroom: with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe; leading through this room is Bedroom 4: with 4ft double bed, sofa and arm chair, TV. en-suite Shower Room: with cubicle shower, WC and wash hand basin. Please note there is an external door for this room if required.

OUTSIDE
Two main spacious decked balconies on two levels, with seating and dining table for large groups. Plus other smaller terraces.

The house can be approached from Talland Hill, down lots of steps (approx. 55), or via the pedestrian path from the village and the coastal path, up a flight of steps.

PARKING
Parking for one car above the property, with several sets of shallow steps leading down to the entrance.
