A coastal cottage in Polruan that sleeps 4 just a short walk from the beach, shop, pub and dock and steps from the South West Coast Path. Every 15 minutes a ferry takes guests to Fowey, which has a great social scene and there are more ferries from Fowey to other great coastal villages. For a fun day out there are a range of attractions worth a visit including, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Charlestown, one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark and Hangloose Adventures.

Stepping inside the property to the open-plan lounge/diner, you will find the dining table with seating for four and the bright and airy lounge area with comfortable seating and Smart TV and DVD. The perfect space to relax after a day of exploring and watch your favourite movie. From here, take a step up into the stylish, well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, Nespresso Coffee Machine, and washer dryer, Ideal for preparing a family meal or lazy breakfast. When you’re ready for a good night’s sleep, take the stairs up to the first floor from the lounge/diner to find the two bedrooms. The first is a twin bedroom with 2ft 6 inch wide beds and the second is a double bedroom with river views. Completing this stylish accommodation is a newly renovated shower room with waterfall shower, electric mirror, and WC.

Heading outside, up a couple of steps and out the kitchen door, you will find the steps to the raised garden with views of the harbour. The garden is fully enclosed and accessed via a narrow path and 2 sets of steep slate steps. Parking is available in nearby car parks.

Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.
Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.
There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village.

2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
