A stunning seaside cottage that sleeps 4 guests in Polruan metres from the estuary on the headland facing Fowey. From Polruan you can take a ferry across to Fowey, although you might not want to tear yourself away from the sweet little lanes with its handful of eateries, shop and two pubs. Fowey has a lot more of a shopping and social scene and both towns are surrounded by stunning coast and countryside. Try the scenic coastal walk to sandy Lantic Bay (1.5 miles) or take the ferry to Fowey to visit Readymoney Cove (1 mile). The world-famous Eden Project is a 15-mile drive. The Fowey Festival of Words and Music is held in May, and the Fowey Royal Regatta is held in August. Both bring many additional attractions and events to the town. Polruran is an excellent location for those wishing to experience these events but still have the option to escape the hustle-and-bustle of Fowey.

The property has an inverted layout designed to maximise the amazing views of the river. The ground floor is home to two stylish bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, TV and en-suite shower room with WC, the other with a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over and WC. Upstairs on the first floor, the vaulted living area is bright and breezy, offering captivating views out over the ever-changing waters beyond. A comfy sofa and two armchairs face an inviting window seat overlooking Fowey Harbour. The modern open-plan kitchen/diner is well equipped with everything one could need to cook up a storm after a day exploring the Cornish coast.

Outside, to the rear of the property, is an enclosed terraced garden with potting shed and outdoor seating. To the front of the cottage is a small patio with a table, chairs and bench from which to relax and watch the world go by.
