This property is the ideal base for families and groups looking to explore the Cornish coast, located just a short, elevated walk from the beach, shop and pub in Polruan. Take a trip over the river to Fowey on the passenger ferry and take a guided boat trip or Sea Safari and have a go at paddle boarding or kayaking. Enjoy exploring the shops and restaurants or take the small ferry to the village of Mevagissey. For keen walkers, there are plenty of coastal paths to choose from and for beach lovers, take your pick of the many close beaches along the Cornish coast. The historic harbour of Charlestown is close by, as well as fishing villages of Looe and Polperro. For a fun day out a little further afield there are a range of attractions worth a visit including The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project.

Step into this beautiful, period, three-storey house and into the main hallway. On this level are two bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom and a king-size room, both with breathtaking river views. Also on this level is a very handy utility/shower room. Down a steep staircase, you’ll find the beautiful lounge/kitchen/diner which offers cosy, comfortable seating and a relaxed feel – perfect for snuggling in front of the large picture-frame window overlooking the harbour or watching a favourite show on the Smart TV. The kitchen/dining area boasts a dominating dining table in the centre of the room, perfect for a family gathering or games evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped and just perfect for packing up a good lunch for a day at the beach or preparing a meal or two, and a lovely large door leads you outside. Upstairs on the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms, a super-king-size that can be converted into twin beds if required, a double, and a bathroom, all offering stylish classic interiors and a wonderful sense of calm overlooking the river. Enjoy the small reading room on this floor where you can read a book with a view.

Head outside to a fantastic patio overlooking the harbour where you can sit and watch the boats and the ever-changing tides. Children will need to be supervised at all times due to the garden area not being enclosed. There is also a balcony area at the front with seating, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee whilst enjoying the far-reaching views.
