Polruan waterfront cottage sleeps 4

A wonderful waterfront cottage in Polruan that sleeps 4 guests, next to the famous boat yardand close to the local amenities, Fowey ferry and South West Coast Path. There are many destinations to discover on this path from Polruan.

Enter into the kitchen/diner, which is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. The dining area has a large oak table which can comfortably seat the whole family. Heading through to the lounge, why not relax in front of the wood burner effect electric fire and watch and admire the view over the river, or watch a film on the TV/ DVD. Heading back through to the kitchen area, the steep open stairs lead you up to the first floor where you will find the twin bedroom which is best suited for 2 children and the double bedroom with river views. There is also a family bathroom on this level with shower over bath and WC.

Due to the location of this property there is no outside space, however it is very close to the quay and tidal beach. Where there is plenty of space for the whole family.

There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
