Port Isaac is surrounded by beaches, including dog-friendly Port Gaverne Beach. For a day of excitement, there’s a giant slip and slide 2.5 miles away. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the rugged coastline while soaking up the spectacular views.

As you enter the property you will be met with a hallway with cupboards containing essential appliances. On the ground floor are the three bedrooms and a modern, family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, French doors which lead to a delightful patio area with sea views and an en-suite with a shower and WC. Inside the second bedroom, you will also find a comfortable king-size bed and the third bedroom is a twin room. Climb the stairs to the first floor to reach the open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The cosy living area with two plump sofas and an armchair, beside the fireplace and TV. This space is lit up by the natural light which pours in through the large French doors which lead out onto the balcony with impressive views of the countryside and sea. There is also a window seat for relaxing with a coffee and a good book while admiring the views. Prepare a hearty meal with some fresh Cornish produce in the neat ‘U’-shaped kitchen. When it’s time to dine with your guests, sit at the wooden table and chairs.

Outside you will find a private, enclosed garden surrounded by fencing. There is a grassy area, a gravelled section, decking and pretty shrubs at the far end. Dine alfresco on a warm evening on the garden furniture while admiring the far-reaching sea views. There is also a balcony on the first floor with seating.
