A beautiful coastal cottage that sleeps 8 guests in Porthcothan within an easy walk to the local beach and local amenities. The sandy bays of Harlyn Bay (3.5 miles), Treyarnon Bay (2 miles) and Porthcothan Bay (1 mile) are all nearby. The town of Padstow, famous for its seafood and crabbing from the harbour wall, is a 5-mile drive away.

Step into this spacious and comfortable house featuring gorgeous slate floors, wooden worktops and an oak staircase. On the ground floor, walk into a spacious lounge with contemporary furnishings, inviting seating and a TV. The lounge and dining area are part of the same room and together provide an ideal place to eat and chat together. There is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC, and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes or to try some of the local fare. From the dining area, stairs lead to the first floor where there is a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom with additional bunk beds, and a shower room with WC.

The outdoor patio area with a table and chairs is an ideal place for entertaining in fine weather. Available from Easter 2025, will be access to a shared enclosed garden space located just across the lane.
