Porthleven has a choice of friendly pubs and restaurants, with a number of sandy beaches and sheltered coves along a beautiful stretch of coastline. A couple of miles inland, the thriving town of Helston is home to the Helston Railway and the famous Flambards Theme Park. Other local attractions, all within 9 miles, include Godolphin House and Gardens, the RNAS Culdrose Public Viewing Area, the Poldark Mine and Cornish Heritage Collection, the Gweek Seal Sanctuary and the impressive St Michael’s Mount off the coast of Marazion.

On entering this bright and inviting first-floor apartment you will find the spacious and tastefully decorated open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Featuring a Smart TV and plenty of cosy seating, the lounge is a perfect space to relax. You can gather around the central dining table to enjoy a fantastic meal which you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen at the back of the room.
