Just down the road lies Porthleven’s local amenities, beach and historic harbour. From here you can catch the South West Coast Path which allows you to explore the wonders of the Lizard Peninsula with destinations like Mullion Cove, Praa Sands and other little beaches. The market town of Helston is just 2 miles away and the golden sands of some of Cornwall’s best beaches are just waiting to be explored. The South West Coast Path beckons walkers and the endless opportunities for cycling, surfing, fishing and other water sports make this the perfect holiday destination for two couples or a family of four with older children.
With overhead beams and walls of exposed stone, the ground floor kitchen/diner is full of character. A twin bedroom and shower room with WC is also on this floor, while upstairs there’s an attractive lounge with an open fire and wonderful sea views. It’s a great place for dolphin spotting. There’s also a charming king-size bedroom next door with gently sloping ceilings and a bathroom with WC.
Across the road from the property is a beautiful ‘secret’ garden. Sheltered and secluded, its bench seat is perfectly placed for watching the waves. You can while away many a sunny evening here.
