This distinctive property aptly named ‘Mizpah’ meaning ‘lookout’ or ‘watchtower’, occupies a stunning seafront location where the soothing sounds of waves caressing the shore create a serene atmosphere. On entering you’ll find yourself in a bright and practical living room adorned with a leather sofa and armchair, centred around a wall-mounted Smart TV for your entertainment. A front-facing window offers panoramic views of the turquoise waters. Climb a short staircase to the dining area, featuring windows to the side and front, providing extensive sea vistas to enhance your dining experience. Conveniently adjacent is a cloakroom with WC. The well-equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for culinary delights and a door leads down to the snug room on the lower ground floor. Here, carefully positioned armchairs create a cosy space for reading and relaxation, complemented by an additional shower room on the same level. From the living room, take the stairs to the two bedrooms, each offering delightful sea views and the luxury of en-suite shower rooms for added privacy and comfort.
