A beachfront cottage that sleeps 4 guests on Porthleven Beach, close to local amenities and the harbour which is filled with trendy eateries and shops. The South West Coast Path leads to Loe Bar beach and The Loe, which is the largest natural freshwater lake in Cornwall, all this lies within the Cornwall Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty.

On the ground floor, there’s a spacious, open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge. It’s a bright and airy space with neutral tones and French doors which lead out onto the patio. Open the doors and breathe in the sea breeze while sitting in the lounge area with two plump sofas and an armchair. Neatly positioned to the side of the room is a wooden table and chairs. The kitchen area boasts a breakfast bar and a compact cooking area. Climb the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find two bedrooms, a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a convenient utility room with some hanging space and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom boasts a double bed, tranquil sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has bunk beds – excellent for two kids.

Outside there is a patio area with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy al fresco dining on a warm evening while looking out over the sea.
