A charming pet friendly beachfront cottage in Porthleven that sleeps 6 guests overlooking Porthleven Sands so metres from crystal clear waters and a scenic walk to the historic harbour and all its shops, eateries and pubs. Visit Porthleven Market, the local galleries, and hike the South West Coast Path to Loe Bar.

Climb the steps up to the front garden and walk to the front door, which will take you into the sunroom. This space offers comfortable seating so that you can sit and enjoy the panoramic sea views come rain or shine. Continue into the living/dining room where you’ll find a large exposed stone chimney with a wood burner for lighting on chilly evenings. Snuggle up on the sofas surrounding the fireplace and TV while glancing through the windows to the water. To the right-hand side of the room is the dining area with a wooden table and cushioned bench chairs beside a window seat. Also on this level is the spacious kitchen which has a breakfast bar and an additional seating area with another TV and sofa. This sociable space allows for conversation to flow uninterrupted, even while cooking dinner. There is also a rear porch which leads out to the back entrance of the property. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. Inside the tranquil master bedroom, there is a king-size bed and a delightful window seat which looks out onto the sea. The double bedroom and one of the single bedrooms also boast sea views. The final bedroom has another single bed. When it’s time to unwind in the evening with a glass of bubbly, head to the family bathroom and run yourself a relaxing bath to sink into.

To the front of the property, there is a patio terrace with a table and chairs which boasts unobstructed sea views, overlooking Mount’s Bay.
