For those arriving with boats and jet skis, vast Black Rock Sands, just 3 miles, has car access and a zone for designated use. Walkers and cyclists are also well served with a plethora of coastal and inland trails nearby; for a more relaxing itinerary, explore the pretty port of Borth y Gest, 1 mile, or magical, Italianate Portmeirion, 3 miles away.

This stunning apartment is accessed via a spacious entrance hall with a handy cloakroom and WC, and a private staircase leading up to the first floor. The main living area is a magnificent open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, filled with light from room-length, floor-to-ceiling windows.
