The decked balcony has glorious views out to sea and catches the sun for most of the day. Lift access is available.

The balcony is somehere where you may enjoy most of your time, it has a table and chairs, seating up to four people. It is a superb spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, whilst taking in the fabulous views for this apartment. For mood lighting in the evening there are even led lights to give you that bit of atmosphere while you sip your glass of wine and relax to the pace of Cornwall.

The apartments is east facing, so if you are an early riser, you will enjoy the spectacular sunrises over Hayle and Godrevy. The Balcony enjoys the sun for most of the day but even with sun setting behind you, you will enjoy the ever changing colours of the sea and sky. Of course a short walk in Town, to Porthmeor Beach is where you will witness the most spectacular sunsets and catch the sihlouettes of the last surfers catching the waves.
