Am exquisite cottage that sleeps 6 overlooking Praa Sands beach next to the coastal path that leads down to the glorious golden sands. Hop on the South West Coast Path and head to Marazion to visit St Michael’s Mount. This stretch of coast has some lovely coves, beaches and villages for you to discover including Prussia Cove, Perranuthnoe and Porthleven, all within 6 miles.

This fresh and airy property features a cosy lounge which makes an ideal space for you all to unwind in at the end of a fabulous day. With a Smart TV, wood burner and plenty of seating, this is a great space to sit back, watch a movie or chat about the day. Exploring further, the delightful sunroom is a perfect spot for a morning coffee as you take in the beautiful view over the bay. There’s also a stylishly designed kitchen/diner, also with wonderful views. Featuring another wood burner, you can gather in the sociable dining space to share all your favourite meals which you can rustle up in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen.

The ground floor also features a handy shower room, and there’s also a useful spot in the back hall for hanging wetsuits. Heading upstairs, the first floor has a refreshing shower room with a double-size shower cubicle, and three bright, relaxing bedrooms, all with lovely views. The first is a pretty king-size room with a TV and plenty of storage space, and there’s also a charming double room along with a pretty twin room.

Stepping outside, the property has a beautiful mature front garden and a delightful south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and glorious sea views, providing a perfect spot for a lazy summer’s afternoon. A little path leads down the hill to the beach.
