Steps lead down to the beautiful beach which is popular with sunbathers and surfers, and there are some great pubs and cafes in the nearby villages. Other local attractions include the National Trust estate at Godolphin, the Poldark Mine, St Michael’s Mount off the coast of Marazion and the famous Flambards Theme Park, all within 10 miles.

Arriving at this elegant property, a sloping pathway leads through the mature front garden and to the front door. Once inside, the spacious L-shaped open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has been beautifully furnished and has been decorated with art by a talented local artist. The light-filled lounge has plenty of seating with sea views, and makes a wonderful space to settle back, watch a movie or chat into the night.

There’s a sociable central dining space, and the beautifully designed kitchen is fully equipped and features lots of workspace so you can prepare a memorable family feast. Two of the property’s four bedrooms are on the ground floor: a single room and a king-size room, both with built-in wardrobes. The ground floor also features a stylish shower room and a bathroom. Heading upstairs, you will find the two final bedrooms, each with ample storage space and a window seat so you can admire the gorgeous scenery. Both rooms have a super-king-size bed, one of which can be made up as twin beds on request.

Stepping outside, the large front garden has an extensive lawn with mature shrubs and a charming patio area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, providing a great spot for dining alfresco and taking in the sea views. There’s also a handy area for washing and drying wetsuits behind the property. Steep steps lead to a sloping back garden. Across the road, steps lead down to the beautiful Praa Sands Beach.
