Enjoy swimming and water sports such as surfing on Putsborough Beach, less than 200 metres away, or head to neighbouring towns of Croyde (2 miles) or Woolacombe (3 miles) which both also have wonderful beaches as well as a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.

You’ll enter the apartment on level two of the main building via split level steps. The large, open-plan living area is a light-drenched space with a contemporary kitchen separated by a wood-look floor. In the lounge area, enjoy relaxing on the sofas while absorbing the views through the large windows and the patio doors, which lead out onto the balcony. If you require, you can section off the dining area, reached through an archway from the kitchen, thanks to folding doors. Head back down the hallway to reach the two bedrooms on your right – a king-size and a twin, both with lovely views. The master bedroom has a picture window so if you choose, you can contemplate the sea from your bed with a morning cuppa. After a long day exploring, enjoy a soak or a hot shower in the family bathroom nearby.

The glass-fronted balcony, offering a splendid panoramic vista from Baggy Point to Morte Point, is furnished with a table and chairs – a perfect spot for an evening glass of wine as you indulge in a spot of stargazing.
