Midway between two of Devon’s loveliest locations, Croyde and Woolacombe, this fabulous flat has breathtaking views of Putsborough Beach from its terrace, living area and master bedroom. Like most of the beaches along this part of the North Devon coastline, Putsborough is a surfer’s paradise, with waves known to reach up to 12 feet high. Boards and wetsuits can be hired from the seasonal beach cafe just below the nearby car park. Families or groups of friends will love the opportunities for cycling, pony-trekking and golf available close by as well as the delightful web of footpaths stretching along the coastline just waiting to be explored. The nearby village of Croyde (2 miles) and the market town of Woolacombe (3 miles) offer a great choice of shops, pubs and restaurants.

From the main car park there are several steps and stairs to gain access, and once inside steps lead down to a spacious living area comprising a lounge, galley kitchen and dining room. Comfortable sofas have been positioned to take in the sea views and the patio doors lead out to a large private terrace. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be zip-and-linked together to form a super-king on request. Its en-suite has a shower and WC and it leads to the private sauna, which is available to guests for a small extra charge. The third bedroom is a single and suited to a child.

Outside there is a private paved terrace with a picnic bench and sea views.
