This 2 bed self-catering holiday cottage in Salcombe is located in an area known as a natural habitat for ducks, herons and moorhens and is very peaceful. The cottage is centrally heated and is ideal for a small family or couples on a romantic break. It's just over a kilometre to the beach at North Sands with spectacular viewing along the way over cliffs, headlands and woodland.

Inside the cottage is a lovely living room which is separated into a sitting area and the kitchen. The sitting area includes a 32” Freeview TV with DVD player, CD player and a wood burner. The kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob, double oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and washing machine and the dining table seats 4.

Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and there is an adjoining bedroom with a 3ft wide single bed.
